Integration of Consciousness

People who find out that I have written a book want to know about the book. The most important message I try to get across is my theory on how to expand consciousness through our daily experiences. My theory, Integrative Consciousness has three processes: Awareness, Acceptance and Integration.

Awareness is learning how to look at the quality of our relationships to people, situations and objects mainly through our projections onto these things. Acceptance is having an observer perspective that is easily obtained through centering our consciousness at the heart center. The third is the integration of the separated ego state into the large state of consciousness. This occurs with complete compassion and acceptance with the structure or the object causing suffering. When this occurs the conflict falls away or is no longer a problem in our life. We no longer feel victimized or powerless with the fear that surrounds the conflicts.

This is a powerful tool to assist you through the challenges that we encounter in our life and also assists and guides us in walking the hero’s journey. Fear will always be a part of our lives but it is our relationship to fear that determines the quality of our experience and the choices we make.
